So, since I landed my first Kingy on Saturday I was like fuck it, Ima go again on Sunday morning! Especially coz my room mate hadnt landed a Kingy yet either so he was very keen!
We left at 5:30am, and sooner then later, I was onto my second Kingy!!!

Unfortunately another rat, this one was smaller 55cm. However it still put up a good fight! I was happy =)
This time I was using a different Technique which my mate told me about "Viet Style" It was called that because we didnt know what the proper terminology was and that a lot of vietnamese fishermen use this technique. Basically, its a float, long trace then squid skirt then size 5-6 round hook at the end and you spin it.
If the fish are feeding on the surface my mate said guaranteed strike rate. Well, the Kingy was caught this way and I was lucky to also catch my first Australian Salmon today!




Both fish were returned in the water for another day. My room mate unfortunately couldnt catch anything, but im sure his time will come.
